All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Time
Because we operate using a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
Estimated delivery times:
• South Africa: 7–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, and your location.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on:
• Customer location
• Product weight
• Supplier shipping method
From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High shipping demand
• Weather or courier disruptions
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to recover the package.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
